Hi! I'm Andrea Lamont; the owner and graphic designer for the company, The Love of Poppies, LLC.

I graduated in 2011 from Virginia Tech with a BFA in Fine Arts with a focus in Visual Communications Design, aka Graphic Design. Since graduating, I have worked for two big corporate companies, Gannett and AAA. While I'm beyond grateful for my time and experience in the corporate world, I ultimately decided being a freelance graphic designer, who specialized in branding (my forte), was my calling. In 2016, The Love of Poppies was born.

In that time I became a stay at home mom to 3 beautiful children, all while running The Love of Poppies on the side part-time, while also becoming an author for the children's book, "The Magic Friendship Rock".

In 2023, I decided to be a badass and run The Love of Poppies as a full time business, all while staying true to my main calling as Mom.
